For busy weeknights when you want a rich, comforting meal without the hassle, this Creamy One-Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta is your go-to. It’s quick, easy, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen!

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in the uncooked pasta and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and creamy.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately for a delicious, one-pot pasta dinner!

Tips for Success:

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and creamy texture.
  • Stir the pasta regularly to prevent it from sticking together.
