  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breasts, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

  4. Add Cheese:
    • Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Combine Pasta and Chicken:
    • Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the Alfredo sauce.
  6. Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy, homemade Chicken Alfredo Pasta!
