Instructions

  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking pan.

2. Make the Custard Layer:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together softened butter, powdered sugar, custard powder, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the custard mixture evenly over the graham cracker base.

3. Prepare the Chocolate Layer:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate over the custard layer, spreading evenly.

4. Chill and Serve:

  1. Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  2. Cut into squares and serve.
